You can download this App here: SoundMind is the app to test your musical ear, voice, and sense of rhythm. What tests are there in the app? ► Musical Ear Test Launch the app. You’ll initially be offered a Musical Ear Test. It’s your first test. Fig.1 Musical ear test The next test that will be offered to you is a test for matching hearing and voice. Here you need to listen to a test note and click on the microphone button to try to repeat it. Fig. 2 Hearing and Voice Matching Test The next test is a sense of rhythm test. Fig. 3 Assessing the sense of rhythm The final test is the most challenging. You’ll be asked to listen to an entire musical phrase and then attempt to reproduce it. Your performance will be shown both graphically and numerically. The app also provides feedback on the accuracy of your results and your musical potential. Click the play button for a test note and listen to it. Then, by clicking step by step the buttons that play notes in different keys, select the one that matches the reference sound. The app will show you how accurate your hearing was.
The application will quantitatively and graphically show how accurately you succeeded.
Listen to the sample rhythm and try to imitate it. The results, both quantitative and graphical, will clearly show your rhythmic perception.
